California voters voted and apparently support this type of criminal behavior cuz every time when they could have put a stop to this, via the ballot box, they keep voting for a continuation of this craziness.
Until California wakes up from their self-inflected WOKE-ism and quit being dumb@zzes, it is what it is.

I have responded directly to you in other threads about this.
Retail crime rings are not new, nor are police departments saying they wont responded to minor theft and or companies choosing to simply use their product insurance instead of taking on liability.
I dont get people in this thread thinking organized theft only happens in blue states.
