It was in a restaurant,Cafe Milano. DC allows masks to be removed in restaurants and bars for eating and drinking. Else they would have to close down restaurants and bars because people cannot eat or drink while wearing a mask.

I haven't liked the him for well over a year now. Pretty much because he flip flops so much. I'm not an anti-vaccer either, I just think something is wrong with the guy.
