No it's not. A state isn't going to have a one size fits all bill that has multiple items that don't apply.
Again a state bill can be over turned within that state, a Federal bill cannot.

No it's not irrelevant and it's silly to say so. Again explain why people 1000 miles away care more about and have the needed information more so than people living in that locale? If it doesn't affect them why would they care as much as someone it does affect?

That would be called the state government.

The Federal government has a small defined roll. Protect borders, enforce contracts. The state governments should have the power like the Founders envisioned.

lol Your post is nonsensical. Since when is opposing government infringing on freedoms nonsensical????????????
We fought a Revolutionary war over it. Our founding is based on it.
Plus no one is arguing about needing government but you. It's about who has the power and why.

lol What a silly statement. No one is not and you have no proof.

Yeah and then George Washington immediately mobilized the troops to crush the Whiskey Rebellion lol

Anyway you're wandering way off topic, the point is do you prefer parliamentary or presidential governing system? Even if you believe in sovereign states and only care about that, they still have a government, do you think it should be parliamentary or "presidential" (obviously with governor replacing the president as chief executive)?
