Right. Not that I had any ****s left to give, but I really can't be bothered to care about something that is going to cause me about as much discomfort as a typical allergy season.

We know that getting the COVID "vaccine" does NOTHING to prevent infection or shedding of the virus. All it does is offer a few months time, where it lessens the severity and duration of your symptoms once you are infected. So why all the hype to mandate vaccines?

That's true, China doesn't have any of these issues because they addressed COVID appropriately.

This new covid lite is a God send.
Not only will it be a nothingburger if it’s just mild cold symptoms as reported.
It will help stop this madness.
It will knock some sense into the sheep.
It will also take away the power that these tyrants have been scaring people with.

I understand that the conversation is moving too fast for some people to follow, but I was responding to someone saying that COVID is not an automatic death sentence therefore it's fine. I'm saying you could apply the same logic to a gunshot. I'm not saying they both have the same probability of death. I understand that most people here only understand two probabilities (50/50 and 1 in a million) but I wasn't trying to talk about probability, just the logic of (<100% death = good idea).

In reality, probability matters though.

Probability of death at any given time for anything is over 0%.

So your example is asinine.

A mild Covid that is more contagious than delta would basically end the pandemic, but not for the reasons you cited. Rather because it would basically turn Covid into the common cold(which is what Coronaviruses are).

And they don't have any problems with yappity tennis players because they addressed her "appropriately".

That should be on all fortune cookies in China. Here too.
