Deflect to help Biden. That’s a lot of water to carry.

Billions of people at risk on this huge continent.
I am worried that things are not going to bode well
if a cure can not be found for this variant.

BTW, it's not 'nu' - it's 'omicron'

they skipped 'xi'

Quote:
A source from the World Health Organisation has confirmed that the Greek letters Nu and Xi of the Greek alphabet have been deliberately avoided.

Nu had been skipped to avoid confusion with the word ‘new’ whilst Xi had been skipped to “avoid stigmatising a region,” they said.

Did I miss the part where it's mega super deadly? If it's not then why should we care?

That is fine. I got vaccinated for me it was the right decision at the time. Part of it was being the caregiver for my 91 yo mom who I did not want to pass the virus to.

That being said its a choice people should be allowed to make without penalties. I am sure where your fiance sees people with lung cancer from smoking and all sorts of other ailments because of choices they have made come through there. Should we ban those people from decisions that might make them ill or die? We are not doing that now.

All I hear all the time is if you are vaccinated there is very little risk of dying or getting very will. That means a unvaccinated person poses them little risk. That is on them like the smoker, etc.
