Everyone is communist. Your home situation is communist, i.e. you share with your kids and expect nothing in return. Communism isn't inherently evil, it just doesn't work on a large scale.

I don't advocate for socialism, although some social protections are always needed for our poorest among us. I would much rather see limited government with less control and less power anyday.
I don't disagree with you here. But, to play devil's advocate on your corporation point... You do realize that our "modern lifestyle" is 100% dependent on big overblown corporations at this point, right?

What would these corporations (which at this point we are totally dependent on) be replaced with?

(note: I'm asking not to try to trap you or contradict you, because I feel the same about that point. I'm asking because my own solution is not workable in a modern techno-society such as ours. I really wish it were. I'm no more a fan of big corporations than I am big government)

You obviously don't know because you support Biden. His communist tactics are killing our economy. Communism in reality does not care about the people. It is all about power and control . It take freedoms away and gives them to the ruling government . The communists don't work for the people. The government is first .

Drilling on Federal lands has not been stopped. They just had an auction for offshore leases. Please quit posting falsehoods.

The pipeline in Michigan would have to be talked about, since lots of folks want it closed and the permit revoked, while others want it to stay open. So far, no action has been taken.

What specific actions has Biden taken that are communist. You can't name any.

Plenty. Just one of many.. Getting the AG to go after parents tagging them as domestic terrorists simply because they have rights to know what their children are taught in school.

Biden halted drilling , stopped leasing federal lands to the oil companies.. this is why gas has sky rocketed.

The AG was looking at parents who threatened school boards. No one gets to threaten officials without consequences.

No, Biden did not stop drilling. He paused leases for a while, but there was a lease auction within the past month. I do hope that Biden revises some of the rules on Federal leases, like increasing the royalty to the 25% that most private landowners get these days - why should the government get a lower royalty? I also support requiring higher bonds for plugging liabilities - there's no reason that a well should be sold from one party to another to another, and the last one declares bankruptcy to get out of plugging a well.

And no, stopping drilling on new Federal leases would not cause gas prices to go up. Oil companies have at least 7,000 drilling locations identified on existing Federal leases that are not subject to any moratoriums.

You can't win on this topic, this is what I do for a living.

Gas prices have gone up because OPEC isn't increasing production, nor are the Russians. US oil companies production levels are lower because the weak, stupid companies that were drilling uneconomic wells have gone bankrupt and aren't drilling now. Companies still in the oil business are not going for marginal barrels that are not economic, since their shareholders want higher returns and debt reduction.

Well done!

Outside of the family structure it fails miserably
because there aren't enough bells and whistles to
to kick the natural laziness of people back into
production mode.
