These guys won't get away with stealing from the rich who will put lot of pressure on politicians to do something. With so many people involved once they are threatend with long prison sentences they will give up the ones who are organizing these.

Dr Phil interviews looters who say they make $250k a year looting selling their items on eBay. Since they only take less then $950 at a time in merchandise no one does anything about it. Which I figured police are not motivated to investigate a non felony. I was told this directly from a police officer unless they catch someone in the act of non felony theft they won't bother with investigating it.

The thumb nail on the video are people who are not looters. You have to actually watch the video it's later in the show he interviews one person who said he makes $250k a year stealing from corporate owned stores. He steals items that he knows sell on eBay for high profits. The rest of them are police officers, and store owner who said she was attacked by a shoplifter. The police officers from OR said the main problem is the DA doesn't prosecute the police give the shoplifter a ticket to appear in court none ever show up.

Here is another video Dr Phil had on his channel with just the shoplifter guy who claims to make 250k a year.

The irony of this is too comical.
So, they're only going to loot Black-owned businesses now? That's interesting...
