It has been well known that Indians lead US IT industry now.
There are some questions to ask:
(1) Why are Indians very successful? What can we learn from them?
(2) Why are other people also prominent in IT industry, particularly whites and East Asians, not so successful? (Relatively speaking)
(3) In spite of the success of overseas Indians, why can't India develop top domestic IT brands? (e.g. China has Tiktok, Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent...)
Based on my experience, Indian colleagues usually have good personalities (at least on surface level). They are polite, optimistic and seemingly helpful. White and East Asian engineers are more likely to be full of themselves... just observations on soft skills here.
Of course, the US also has more restrictions on engineers from China and Russia. Often times they cannot get security clearance for military contract jobs.
