Maybe not a legal conflict but in a time where there is a government vax mandate in play along with many in government wanting to redo big tech/social media regulations these kind of relationships need to be noted. Theoretically you have person who has Biden's ear on the science/technology council and knows what her employers ex or current want for big tech and big pharma.
