We are well on our way to that result under capitalism. That doesn’t mean we should go to socialism, but we need to find some way to solve the problem.
Do you believe the elimination of the middle class is a problem?
Well socialism doesn't like a middle class because that implies a lower class and that's not fair.
There's not enough money to bring the lower class up so the middle class will have to forgo some things to get to the same level as the lower class.
We don't tax wealth. What do you think will happen ? You want the government to seize assets of the rich ?
And then what ?
I didn't say that.

Mostly real estate/rent. Productivity is going up, wages relative to inflation are staying the same or going down. Feel free to extrapolate what will happen.

No I do not think that is good.
It’s possible that a socialist government could levy heavy taxes on the middle class to benefit the lower class. But I’m not advocating such taxes or socialism.
Under our current system, a lot of middle class jobs are being replaced by lower class jobs, with the resulting profits going to the upper classes. It’s happening naturally under capitalism without any government policies. If you think that’s a problem, we will need policies to rectify that. Unfortunately, much of the (remaining) middle class is convinced that any such policies are “socialism” and therefore bad.

Obviously, any policies that use the threat of violence against peaceful people to take their stuff and give it to others who didn't earn it are bad.
Lol. Regulated capitalism is not fascism. Try again.
corporatism is fascism....and the USA has had it since FDR brought fascism (as he called it "the 3rd way") to America
fascism is still a leftist ideology ...as BM called it socialism-lite...or a "nicer socialism"
