Yes, because they practice them in jurisdictions that give them political cover. Notice they don't smash stuff up with impunity in places like, say, Arkansas or Wyoming or Alabama. All they learned from Wisconsin is whatever political cover they might enjoy there is not necessarily extended by the constituency there.
