People are going to be quarantined. Many people are testing positive even though everyone is fully vaccinated and everyone tested negative prior to boarding.

Hmmm, Fauci and the dems will find a way to demonize these vaccinated individuals. It reflects poorly on the vaccines, damn it.

“Many” cases = 17 of 3500 passengers.

I’m going on a cruise in 10 days and this story doesn’t phase me one bit. Got my booster two weeks ago. Whatever happens will happen.

They were all asymptomatic when the news came out, but they were testing every day so they might not have developed the symptoms yet. If they do develop symptoms, I will be shocked if they admit it later. They have to be able to spin it.

I enjoy cruising, but I'm staying away until everything gets back to normal. No testing, masks on ships or in ports, or mandated vaccines. It's just not worth all the hassle to me, I'll go on other vacations where I don't have to waste time and money on all these safety measures.

Zero hospitalizations, zero deaths. It looks like the vaccines are working, doesn't it?

They all tested + recently, we don't know what will happen, deaths take on average 3 weeks from 1st symptom. Hospitalizations, about 7 days after 1st symptom.

We also don't know if these are confirmed COVID cases or just false positives. They were using rapid (very unreliable) tests for 3,200 crew and passengers on every disembarkation.

Especially the risk of testing positive and having your trip ruined at the start or in the middle of it.

I just got off a two week Princess cruise to South America. I had plenty of anxiety beforehand but it was fantastic. Didn’t like having to wear a mask in certain areas of the ship too much, but we had too much fun to let it detract from the adventure. The restrictions were pretty minor and it was fun as usual. No post-cruise issues whatsoever. Can’t wait to get back onboard.

That's a positive test rate of 0.5%. Way lower than the government is trying to achieve.

If you tested all the people who watched the recent Ohio State game, you would get a higher rate of positive outcomes. Same for any large group of people.
