in reality his legislation will create an out for insurance co’s to refuse payment for Covid treatments, while necessarily increasing health related bankruptcies.
What about people who cannot get the vaccine or any other because they have some medical problem?
10 yrs ago Pfizer's animal health division developed a vaccine for horses using mrna technology. they touted how effective it was, cheaper to make, faster to produce. After a year they took it off the mkt and went back to producing the vaccine the old fashioned way using killed virus. Pfizer refused to say why.
That questionable vaccine became the basis for this covid vaccine. If mrna technology wasnt good enough for horses with the company refusing to say why, guess what , I dont want it anywhere near me.
Billions of people have now taken mRNA vaccine. That's a huge sample size. They are doing fine.

Rabies vaccines are of the inactivated/attenuated virus type. Same tech used for traditional vaccines for like... ever.

So you are admitting we are using the general public for the largest trial of an unproven technology in the history of the planet then. And you realize 1 year would be the shortest amount if time ever used to determine something is safe, right? Lot's of 1sts for this stuff.
mRNA vaccines have existed for years and the science is strong. Which is why covid vaccines could be developed so quickly. Do you even understand the science?
