A middle school in Massachusetts offered "safe spaces" to students after the verdicts in the Kyle Rittenhouse and Ahmaud Arbery cases.
Bigelow Middle School in Newton, Massachusetts, sent out a "midweek update" Dec. 1 to families of students at the school that directs them to review a letter detailing "safe space choices" for students.
The letter details three separate "safe spaces" that opened Dec. 2 in response to verdicts in the Kyle Rittenhouse and Ahmad Arbery cases, with one for "students of color." It also encouraged parents to discuss safe space choices with their children.
Many in that school probably believe Rittenhouse went hunting for black people and managed to kill 3 while laughing in glee like some villain in a movie rather than being a dumbass vigilante wannabe that got chased down by 3 WHITE rioters and that he only shot white people.
They probably think the Arbery trial ended up acquitting the perps.
Talk about enabling the "pansies". What are they teaching these kids by offering a safe space from Rittenhouse? Are they telling them not to stand up to the bully and take the beating and hope that you will survive? Are they teaching them that defending themselves against bad guys is wrong?
Do these kids even know the truth about the case and what really happened?
The media has sure done a terrific job of omitting the details of the case. I know people that did not follow the trial but they are convinced that Rittenhouse murdered black people that were peacefully protesting thanks to the media narrative.
What did we learn from the Arbery case? I'm sure if you are black they are teaching you that it is not safe to go for a run through a predominantly white neighborhood because you will be hunted down and murdered in the street. If you are white we were taught to mind your own business, don't care about your community and don't ever confront a black man.
These 2 cases should serve as teaching tools to learn from not something to fear but the truth is purposely being omitted from them to advance an agenda.
“Regardless of those concerns, the Kyle Rittenhouse conclusion will likely be seen as yet another unfair reality for many Bigelow families, staff and students — particularly our community members of color, while the Ahmaud Arbery conclusion may be seen as a glimpse of hope and justice," the letter states.
and yet another reason that I cannot stand the left.
