Yes. Can also be a vicious out of control menace, but if shot dead, is also a victim.

Wright left many victims....including Potter. I have no sympathy for this criminal. He had a good home life, with two parents who cared about him. He threw it all away.....for life as a thug.

Maybe a victim of his own making. Like many other so-called victims.

God. It's really hard to think a jury could unanimously convict, after watching her break down on the stand.

Has anyone considered that this wouldn't have happened had the guy not fought the police and try and run?

Like that old song we used to dance too back in the clubbing days: "It takes two to make a thing go right..." or in this case, wrong.

I think that's pretty much what everyone's been saying.

Apparently the jury asked a question awhile ago, "When was Dr. Miller's (defense expert) interview with Kim Potter?"

And the judge refused to answer, telling them the evidence has all been presented and they should rely on their memories.

WHAT? Why in the world would you deny a jury when they asked to be refreshed on a piece of data that was introduced at trial?

Defense attorney Earl Gray he didn't put anything up on the screen like the prosecutors did to rebut the fact that the prosecutor even said it in their closing.

A person acts "recklessly" she commits a conscious or intentional act in in connection with the handling or use of a firearm that creates a substantial and unjustifiable risk.

Gray he just read it should have put it up on the screen bolden there is no evidence in this case that proves she was intentionally or consciously reckless.

I don’t see how the jury can convict Kim Potter. This is not the same thing as Derek Chauvin’s case
