When are moderate democrats and the independents going to stand up to these regressive democrat governors, mayors, D.A.s, Prosecutors, etc that are actually bragging about their policies which have unleashed the highest homicide rates and crime many cities and states have ever seen??
Defunding and demonizing all types of law enforcement, ending need for bail, glorifying thug culture, race-baiting any law they disagree with, losing national sovereignty with open borders, policies that encourage theft and shoplifting, and making heroes/idols/monuments out of longtime criminals like George Floyd, etc etc
are only driving our country to reckless disrespect for law and order.
Everything you said is true and beyond question at this point. The real question at this point is why? Seems hard to deny the obvious, that the progressive movement is working to destroy this country, to attack honest, working, law abiding Americans. Pretty obvious after their support of thugs like BLM and Pantifa and their year long reign of terror against American citizens. These terrorists, along with the other criminals they are supporting are their tools to terrorize Americans and tear this country apart. Anyone that doesn't see this has to be blind.
I'm going to somewhat enjoy watching Democrat cities fall into ruin, as they keep electing Democrats who destroy their cities. You get what you vote for people. I'm just sorry for the innocent people who will also suffer as a result of insanity from their lesser neighbors.
I don't know what disgusts me more: The fact that the Dem party, as a whole, supports criminals and illegal aliens more that law abiding citizens or that the voters keep reelecting these politicians?
If you're not banging the drum and raging about lack of action on wage theft and the pandemic, you transparently don't actually care about crime and just hate black people.
So many of these democrats, especially the politicians and political power brokers, live insulated from all the rise in crime. They often live in gated communities, gated secure mansions, have personal body guards, have clean parks with police protection, they often work in secure locations that pay for security, their kids go to safer private schools.
So it will be interesting now that the crime wave is spreading to Beverly Hills, and upscale parks, and upscale stores in Seattle and San Francisco if their attitude starts to shift on respecting law and order….
