That's a good question, especially when you can get one like this. Hell yes it's real! No, unfortunately that isn't me.
To my friends here...Christmas is coming. Just saying.
My wife and I were looking at a pistol for her last year. They had a pink one that she wanted to get but it was a .22 and she wanted a 9mm. I need to get her a pink one sometime.
Wow, Democratic voters are mostly stupid but California Democrats must be a special breed of stupid. This is 100% pandering to idiots. How can they not see through this?
It is not surprising when Leftists will use any flimsy excuse to implement gun control.
Meanwhile, whatever California does will have to stand up to the "Heller" decision, when lawsuits are brought to bear. SCOTUS is a bit more conservative/gun friendly than it was then, so this could backfire on California's hypocritical Leftist governor.
This is bad. Because this won't stop mass shootings. If he's talking about the AR series and it's variants, one of the most popular rifles after that is the M1 Garand, which is a 30-.06. Which is also self loading (semi automatic). You don't want someone using that in a mass shooting. Banning guns that look scary is bad policy, and will do nothing to stop mass shootings. But I expect nutty policy from someone that chooses to live on an active earthquake faultline. I'm not saying all Californians are crazy, I'm just saying.
I am sorry, but you are NOT allowed to apply reason and logic to a gun control argument. Emotions only, please.
This is the ugliest form of politics. It's a tit-for-tat approach to governing. It ultimately won't work because gun rights, unlike abortion rights, are actually spelled out in the constitution. But the far-left will go nuts celebrating their temporary victory.
Ultimately, I don't really care. It's CA. I don't live there, nor will I in the future.
