Maybe in your mind. But in reality, people die, even after following their doctor's advice, living a healthy lifestyle, etc. How many people die of cancer, heart disease, and other major killers, even after following their doctor's advice, eating right, not smoking, etc? COVID is no different. Wearing a mask doesn't mean you won't catch COVID.

The holy grail of germaphobes. This is why we see people wearing a screen door, err cloth mask driving alone in their cars. They are the ones spraying down their shopping cart, using a towelette to touch everything and still trying to be six feet from everyone. They also refuse to use cash and wipe down their debit card immediately after use. They will rarely exercise and refuse to let even family in their houses. Other than food they will only venture out for their 23rd booster shot and take their own temperature 12 times an hour all the while being glued to CNN waiting on news of the next deadly "variant". They have no sex life, no friends beyond face book or twitter. I'm guessing at this point they've gone to either talking to the cat or have a soccer ball named Wilson.
Literally wasting years of their lives in a panic 24/7. Yet, Fauci is their Demigod.
He miscalculated badly. He thought Americans were smart enough to get vaccinated to protect themselves and their families as soon as it was available. He never suspected that a medical issue would become a political football.

Peter Navarro says that Biden won't fire him because he ran on Covid and he got elected base on Covid and firing Fauci would be admitting he was wrong about the whole thing and Fauci is like Biden's trophy representing that he won.
