OK, let's just cut to the chase and say that we want more black people in tech, and maybe more Hispanic people too, but they're not as important to the racial grievance industry.

We all know that's what they're after. Fewer white and Asian people in good-paying jobs, because white supremacy, don't you know! I wonder if they'll even try to come up with a sweet-sounding explanation, or if they'll just say "Because we hate whitey, that's why."
Tech companies don't care about your skin color...they care about what is in your brain and how smart and innovative you are.

Years ago it was all about "not enough women in engineering"...and for the same reason...they weren't getting engineering degrees..DUH

They can do it in the government and have done it.
The head of HHS is a lawyer with no medical background. BUT..he' a Latino.

They can't force companies to hire based on skin color. It's a ludicrous thought. It won't work outside of the government. The government doesn't have to produce anything. The government is not accountable. The government gets all their money from us. So of course the government has nothing to lose when they hire by skin color.

You want to kill the internet for all of us ????

These workers actually have to know something.

Want racial equity in STEM...go to K-12 and get these students interested in Math and Science.

You would think, but tech companies are easily some of the biggest Woke\Joke incubators out there. A past tech employer hired a black woman, who in addition to not knowing anything about the tech business, also struggled with spelling. Not long technical words, mind you.

Words like "configure".

Go figure.
