According to Titus, Democrats could have left the northern part of the state (2nd district) to the GOP and then created two safe Democratic districts and one swing district in the remainder of the state. Instead they opted to divvy up Las Vegas into “three, competitive, risky districts.” But in the current environment, with President Biden struggling and Democrats with little in the way of legislative achievements, Rep. Titus predicted all three districts, “are very likely going down.”
From her lips to God's ears. It would be fantastic if the Nevada congressional delegation flipped from 3 Democrats and 1 Republican to all Republican. The freshman Democrat Senator, Catherine Cortez-Masto (D-NV) is also another likely casualty of Joe Biden's failed administration and destructive policies.
Lol...so they got greedy with a Gerrymandering manuever and the gal that was in the "safe" democratic district is salty about it as they're trying to make sure they keep all 3 democratic districts that way.

Kinda Karmic.
Looks that way. They did the same thing in Maryland this year in an effort to get rid of the lone Republican, Andy Harris. In doing so, they have put one or two Democrats at risk. Hopefully their gerrymandering backfires there, too.

The same thing appears likely with the new New Mexico map, They went from two safe democratic and one likely Republican districts, to one likely Democratic and two swing districts.
It seems the GOP has made gains with redistricting, and a good portion of that seems to be Democratic "dummymanders"! You can't make this stuff up!

I can only hope. Also the Sleestack gets ousted as governor next year and the state legislature flips. NV will be NV again and not Vegasifornia. Oh they were crowing down South when Biden took NV. Even had a clown on here telling me we Northerners best "be nice" or the Vegas Dems would see to it we paid dearly. Indeed. Like we haven't been already? All those years of Harry Reid and now Cortez Masto with Sleestak as governor. ? Aaron Ford as AG? Jesus. We in the North can only hope 2022 goes very bad for the Dems.

Californication of Nevada is almost complete. Bought a place in LV for my retirement. Ended up on the gulf coast.
