He promised over and over and over and over.
He fell very very very short on building the big beautiful wall.
So, in reality you people want a dictator? Maybe you won't have to look any farther than Biden* to fulfill that desire for you.

Has every president succeeded in fulfilling all campaign promises? Lol no, stop being silly.

Republicans are far from perfect but it’s clear if you support personal freedoms and want law and order, they are our only option. Dems have gone off the deep end and trying to take the rest of us down with them

As long as the federal government doesn't pay I'm fine with it.
It is a stupid wall IMO.

The landowners willingly gave their land to Texas because they're so fed up with the illegals trashing their land, arriving in mobs they can't do anything about.
Biden is derelict in his duties.

The amount of fentanyl smuggled into this country recently has been enough to kill millions of people.

Fentanyl is the number-one cause of death in people between the ages of 18-45.
Biden has blood on his hands.
Thank goodness TX is standing up for the country.
Sorry you think the wall is stupid.

If they are the ones fed up then they are the ones who should pay.
I am fine with that.

Why are the Border Patrol Agents so enthusiastic about the plan? They deal with this every day. For you it’s just a chance to make snarky comments, for them it’s their life.

I think there's a misimpression that what Trump advocated for and was hoping to construct is what everyone of the party he identified with wanted as well. You didn't have lockstep solidarity. Special interest groups and the lack of personal benefit is what likely motivated a lot of these insider politicians to dig their heels in on the prospect of southerly border fortifications. Trump is only one man and dealing with a recalcitrant congress did not help in the completion of his objectives.

Good on Abbott, I say. I have my disagreements with him but some preventative measure on the border is necessary, particularly with the self sabotaging federal policies in place that are going to break the proverbial camel's back.

Is that a fake wall I keep seeing on the news?
I did not know that!

So you're okay with the drugs coming into the US.
Got it.

Yes. that is terrible, I agree.
I don't think a wall will make any difference.

And none of my comments are snarky.
They are my opinions mixed in with facts.
Please reread. I am all for Texas paying for what ever wall they want.
