Really? The US, Russia, Iran, and other countries have used drones extensively in recent years in reconnaissance and direct strike missions. I'm not sure why we're suddenly concerned about their use in a backwater conflict. In a similar situation I'm sure we wouldn't hesitate to do the same.

Of course the US is concerned because only we can use drones in other countries; no one else can.
