Apparently, the WH and Joe Manchin had agreed to do a press conference where they said they agreed to revisit and work on this deal in March but the WH then went behind his back and put out a statement blaming Manchin and that's when Manchin said I'm done. So in true Biden form, he had a shot and he f(*Wed this one up, too. lol
