Yep

The good news is there are more voters who ID as Independent/ Unaffiliated than either Democrat or Republican.

People seem increasingly inclined to vote against rather than for a politician.

My crystal ball says we have entered an era of one term presidents which is not a bad thing.

I have never understood politician worship.

This is 100% a planned move. Trump doesn't really want to be President.

He wants to put pressure on the democrats and make it appear the election was stolen from him but in the end he doesn't want another 4 years.

Fine by me. He is too old and too obviously upsetting to people in this country.

We need someone who appears very sane but acts very right wing.

Lol. Proof to it being 100% planned move and him not wanting to be POTUS for another 4 years?

Most everyone?

The likelihood Trump will run in 2024 is about the same as Hillary making another run.

That has not prevented Trump from engaging in the “ Will he/ won’t he” drama.

It is reasonable to assume the POTUS receives the best medical care in the world. Obviously hydroxychloroquine did not prevent Trump from being infected nor the Covid to rapidly progress to serious. Trump was treated with a unique cocktail of experimental therapies and antibody treatments. Had that not been done, he likely would have needed to be put on a vent.

Just 3 months later, she was vaccinated, despite some level of immunity from his prior infection and antibody treatment. He then chose to get a booster.

Alex Jones laundered funding for the 1/6 rally. He has now lost the 4th and last defamation suit related to Sandy Hook. Imagine he has some hefty legal bills to pay and the value to civil judgments has yet to be determined. Imagine he feels pressure to say anything that sustains his numbers. So now he is attaching himself to Owen’s star.

Right and left wing extremists do not identify their parties although they certainly get more than their fair share of media attention- 2 sides of the same coin. I strongly suspect most don’t believe most of the crap they say.

Up until last week, most everyone in the country felt that Trump was all but guaranteed to be the Republican challenger in 2024. But after his pro-vaccine comments on that Candice Owens interview last week, Donny's 2024 chances may be in trouble.

Donald was first boo'd by his own supporters a few months ago in Alabama for telling them they should get vaccinated. That's where it started.

Donald was boo'd by his own supporters again after he said he was boosted during a 1 on 1 with Bill O'Reilly a few weeks ago.

But last week's interview, in which Trump corrected Candace Owens on false information about covid vaccines and told her he was boosted, has been driving the far-right absolutely bonkers, with many former Trump supporters turning on him.

Candace Owens released a "damage control" video of her making excuses for Trump supporting the vaccines, saying that he's old, he's not tech savvy, and he only follows mainstream media.

Alex Jones also chimed in on the Candace Owens video. He went OFF on Donald, calling Trump evil and a liar.

Moderator cut: profanity

The latest poll I could find from back in August says that 32% of Trump voters believe in Qanon (those are the fringe nutjobs/conspiracy weirdos within his base). Well, if 32% of his supporters turn on him and votes for some new candidate who will push anti-vaxx propaganda (if Donald won't do it), 45 could be in serious trouble come 2024.
Where have you been? lol

A decent percentage of his base has always been against the vax.

Trump’s ego could not handle another loss.

The Republican bench looks very strong at this point.

Thinking the public has tired of “ old guys”. The next POTUS will likely be 30+ years younger.

I am as politically agnostic as they come and don’t see diff in parties.

Only thing certain is the next POTUS will inherit a boatload of debt, add to it and kick the can, no diff than every admin since 1835.

Opposition to the Covid vax crosses the political spectrum no diff than those in favor.

Covid is an equal opportunity infector.

Trump is above all - a narcissist (also a pig, con-man, etc., but I digress). He loves the attention. I sincerely doubt you will see him in 2024. This will he/won't he is just another way for him to feed his ego and attempt to stay relevant. Nothing more, nothing less. God help us if this country can't produce something better than Trump and/or Biden over the next couple of years.

Same with Dems. After all, they wouldn’t endorse the vaccine until after the election and now can’t get folks to take it, Sleepy Joe said he had a plan to end it quickly, and now he’s thrown his hands up and put it on the states, lol.

He is playing it for all he can get. He needs the fund raising and staying the front runner so he can get the RNC to pay his legal fees. Some have nothing to do with him being POTUS. He has a bunch of cash to use putting his clones in office. They will all have to continue kissing his ring.
