There are reasons why a person becomes poor or remains poor. There are unmistakable patterns.

It is not just a random cosmic accident.

Why is this a question? Is it about the health of the woman ? If you can handle 10 births you are a very strong lady. I’m sure somewhere in your family history some one had an entire football team. It’s what they used to do, and some still do.

Do you realize this thread is about Africa and Yemen?

Yes, they are victims of a random cosmic accident.

Just as you being born where you were, is a random cosmic accident. But in your favor.

It's more likely that those parents will be supported by children when they will be over 60. In exchange, they will be busy cooking and caring after grandchildren.

It's very likely that childless middle-class people expect the government will support them when they will be old.

An American pensioner will cost $1 million or more for the government: money, healthcare, subsidies.
A family in Kenya will raise a kid for $2,000 or less.

This sounds very Misogynistic.

I read the thread and there’s posts about the US and 3rd world countries, and I responded to both scenarios. Read the posts

This was the post by the OP - the other posters who segued into their disdain for women in the US were off topic. As were you

They certainly didn’t post anything to make one think they have a disdain for women. I simply responded to both scenarios.

Well, I admit that is a good point. It is difficult to know how life works for people in a different part of the world with a totally different system from our own.
