Everyone has high hopes of major game release titles next year totally ignoring how the economy really is and a lot of throwing away tax paying money stuff we passed last year and this year will cause the chickens to come home to roost and attack Link. (Inside joke). https://youtu.be/deUKwIntJP8 Evolution of Chicken Revenge Squad on Link 1991-2017:

And journalism is also at an all time low too with newspapers not allowing 'free article views' anymore where as the first year of the virus a lot of 'free for your community' was happening now everything is locked and if you have ad block on not even viewable and before all this they used to allow certain amounts of free views per month then got more and more stingy while claiming to be 'superior authority of news'.

Your forced with either intrusive ads that slow your computer down OR not view the site thus be uninformed of what's going on. It's really all up now and you'd think Liberalism would fight against the machine but are adding themselves as extra gears that don't fit quite right and jam it up for everyone else by offering their 'superior ancient gears' for sale.

No I think I trust Beetle's shop ship better. Hell I'll even trust Tingle!!! Even Tingle's Rupee Land.

What does the release of major game titles have to do with the overall state of the economy?

Well, that. But I am also wondering about the connection between gaming and journalism. Mainly, what connection.

Maybe because covid was the best thing to ever happen to gamers?
All those lazy slackers got to sit home and collect unemployment while playing video games all night long. Or were able to work from home. Do a little work, play some games, do a little work, play some games…

Why should journalists?

I'm asking because I see a monster brewing. A lot of things affect each other I don't see how nobody else DOESN'T see **** coming down the road. We have a loser President and many nations have went to full on tyranny and most of the public buried their head in the sand at their own risk of course. Hell the state of IL have gone full retard by January 3rd and I feel bad for anyone who lives there to suffer what they are about to go thru. How people are STILL this dumb is beyond me there is literally NO excuse for ignorance at this stage of the game.

This WILL affect gaming at the bottom line because investors won't want to risk something that isn't going to make a return and you bet your ass this is one of the worst times possible in history besides the 1930s depression to risk return investments and that includes gaming. I see a LOT a whole lot of delays and cancellations of major releases leading to empty game stores except for what they already have in stock initially.

I hope they (you) rejoice when they find the game stores all empty as no new titles get released and stores rely on existing copies as the shipping crisis worsens. I know I'm being burned recently looking forward to what next gen hardware can do and have saved money for it but now will use it on survival stuff (not like I haven't before). Major MAJOR is heading our way.

How is any of this connected?

Aren't games delivered online? Is there a shortage of game developers?

I'm sorry gamers have to wait until next year (Hurrah! It is next year! ) for long-anticipated games to be released, but what does President Biden speed at resolving supply chain problems have to do with that?
