Considering how important Vit-C, Vit-D, and Zinc are for the human immune system, why has there been no mandates for people to take these critical vitamins?
People need to wake up and realize that much of our medical establishment and pharma corporations DO NOT want people to be healthy. They can only make money off of sick, unhealthy people who are encouraged to take their drugs/vaccines that make big pharma billions of dollars in profits.
Because those are cheap and readily available and the govt and big pharma do not directly benefit from scaring you over these simple things. YOU control these things...not the govt.
I have taken all of those things for years and when I got Covid, my case was mild due to the fact that I eat clean, exercise and yeah...I take quality supplements.

Ditto, for me it was just like a mild flu. And big pharma makes $0.00 on vitamins. This was never about anyone's health.
I'd be curious what doctor hasn't encouraged their patients to eat healthy and have regular bloodwork done that could detect problems. My doctor has even prescribed Vitamin D for me when my levels were found to be low.
The AMA hates vitamins and home remedies. It doesn't make them any money. They genarally refuse to research the benefits of vitamins, herbs, and home remedies.
The scant times they conduct a research, they design it to fail or to be inconclusive, such as when they researched Vitamin D. People should take Vitamin D3 and accompany it with K2 for absorption in their system. So the medical community researched Vitamin D1 alone by itself, knowing it is inadequate, then claimed Vitamin D is ineffective preventing disease.
Everything becomes corrupt over time. The US medical community and Big Pharma have had enough power for long enough to become substantially corrupt. They can't be trusted any longer. It is heartbreaking to have my doctor all in on something I know is wrong and now I am no longer able to blindly trust my doctor anymore.
Money and corruption is your reason.
Just like, why have their been no serious trials on Ivermectin treating Covid 19. They have done some slanted, cursory ones to "disprove" Ivermectin effectiveness.
Corruption is starting to ruin medicine. I don't know why anyone would want to be a doctor these days. They come in with good intentions and then have to deal with this corrupt machine.
But then, name something corruption isn't beginning to ruin in America.

we don't even need a mandate. Just marketing for Healthy living. I'm not talking about holistic or mood crystals...just the basics like you mentioned. Vit C, less greazy foods,.etc,..
I remember Arnold Schwarzenegger use to pop up on TV promoting exercise.
And go outside and get at least 30 mins of sunlight per day on their face/body.
Also, taking fish oil or cod liver oil is beneficial as well.
And throw in some daily exercise to top it off!

But sure it's a big pharma conspiracy.
My doctor has never even tested me for Vitamin D levels. Ever. Next test, I am going to demand it.
