The Delaware repairman who blew the whistle on Hunter Biden's laptop has filed a defamation suit against House Intelligence Committee chair Adam Schiff, CNN, Politico and The Daily Beast seeking damages of 'at least $1 million,' according to a new report.

Former shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac, 45, filed the lawsuit in Montgomery County, Maryland, Tuesday claiming that the outlets falsely said he was spreading Russian disinformation - which he says cost him his store, according to the New York Post.

He claims in the suit that Rep. Schiff defamed him in an interview two days after the Post - and later DailyMail.com - began publishing revelations from the laptop.

me too. schiff has never been held to account for his lies. actually, none of them have.

“After fighting to reveal the truth, all I want now is for the rest of the country to know that there was a collective and orchestrated effort by social and mainstream media to block a real story with real consequences for the nation,” the 45-year-old Mac Isaac told The Post.

“This was collusion led by 51 former pillars in the intelligence community and backed by words and actions of a politically motivated DOJ and FBI,” he continued. “I want this lawsuit to reveal that collusion and more importantly, who gave the marching orders.”

Schiff, who chairs the House Intelligence Committee, “has some explaining” to do, Mac Isaac insisted.

“Without any intel, the head of the intel committee decided to share with CNN and its viewers a complete and utter lie,” Mac Isaac said. “A lie issued in the protection of a preferred presidential candidate.”

That laptop scandal was bigger than Watergate and it would have cost the Dems the election if it was allowed to be investigated so they had to sit on it and make up lies about it.

I hope the guy wins his case and further exposes how nasty, crooked and deceitful the Dems and their media can be.

We have the Right to know the truth.

$1M - that's all?

The defendants have to be laughing behind closed doors at that amount.

Schiff will have immunity due to his making the statements while Congress was in session and as a part of his Congressional duties.

That's how Harry Reid got away with claiming Romney paid no income taxes.

Says "at least"

Also, depends on state law and that may just be his economic damages and that additional damages could be awarded by the court etc.

It should be at least $100M.

Sandman from the Covington kids settled for $275M.

Has Adam Schitt ever revealed the "evidence" of Russian collusion that he says he has "seen with his own eyes"?

If not, why not?
