Nope but that doesn't matter. Nor does it matter if you do or that person does or anybody else does. Why do so many think its anyone else's businesses what they celebrate or do not celebrate. And really why do we have this crazy thinking people who just haaaave to tell us what they do, celebrate, wear and get mad if we dont praise their choices. We are so much a little child society these days "look at me, look at me, i'm special ". Nobody really gives a damn.

If Americans will celebrate all the holidays existing on our planet, then they will have no time to work.

I didn't criticize anything.

Ok, I am getting it. So far, NO ONE celebrates it.

She thought Kwanza was a religion, sure real accurate. I'm sure she did extensive research to come up with that beauty.

Honestly doesn't she have better things to do like work out in the gym.

Kwanzaa is not a religion but I find her comment about a fake religion, what exactly gives a "real religion" credibility.

I wholeheartedly agree. I do believe it is nothing more than racially-charged mocking. Karenga was my teacher in Uni, so I know all about Kwanzaa from the source. There is no need to make disparaging comments about the custom, it was created with the best intentions.

Given that the descendants of people who were torn from their continent, shipped over here in the most foul conditions and enslaved to benefit their owners, had all vestiges of their languages, traditions, customs, habits, dignity, and their very structure of family torn from them, it's really sobering that the descendants of the owners are now pointing fingers in ridicule when someone tries to establish and affirm their identity and establish new customs, after everything they went through.

Everyone in this thread showing how Christ-like they are. It is that time of year though, right?
