I am aware of several people who have had Covid twice. The durability of the so called natural immunity from a prior infection is a huge variable.
It’s reasonable to assume POTUS receives the best medical attention in the world. Trump chose to get vaccinated just 3 months after being infected, hospitalized and treated with antibodies. He also chose to get a booster.
I don’t understand how his loyal followers have not done likewise.
I guess that proves that Trump followers are not sheep.

Because those who voted for Trump really aren’t followers, we agree with much of his policies, but doesn’t mean if he says jump we jump. I don’t care if someone chooses to get vaccinated, my vaccinated family are visiting me now for the holidays and none of us believe in mandates. I know many who voted for Trump that got vaccinated. If you remember when the vaccines came out, Biden,Kamala and others said that they wouldn’t take the Trump vaccine. I believe one reason why people don’t trust it was the Democrats made it political and over reaching power. If they stayed out of it, maybe more people would trust it.

I said above because I already had Covid. Also I know several people right now who have been vaccinated and some had the booster but still pretty sick with Covid.
And several people I know had ailments that got worse after they were vaccinated.
I might have to though just so I could go places.
If I have Covid yet feel better (except for the head cold feeling). Will it get worse again? I know they say it could get worse and then to late to get treatment.
You know, there are other viruses that cause respiratory symptoms that come and go over a period of time. I've had a few in my lifetime that caused symptoms very similar to those they describe for covid ( those I'm thinking of caused bronchitis, coughs that would wake the dead, low grade fevers that come and go, some sinus congestion). I'd improve, but the thing would come back within a couple weeks, and so it went, once or twice it seemed like all winter. I had family members, coworkers, friends with the same thing and we all commiserated and chugged down the cough syrup and other OTCs.
This was long before covid, no idea which virus caused this, though IMO it might well have been another coronavirus, a great-grandparent, uncle, cousin, other distant relative of the species making its rounds these days. Or another viral species altogether.
The point is, that viral respiratory illnesses caused by viruses are all pretty treated the same way, regardless of the cause. Pretty much rest and treat symproms, stay away from others while you are sick, if it gets worse seek treatment ( which will also include treating severe symptoms, supportive treatment as needed, antiviral medications possibly, steroids possibly to ramp down the body's overreaction to the illness. The only treatment specific to covid might be the administration of covid-specific monoclonal antibody treatment to those ill enough, though I'm reading that this is in short supply since the federal government has taken control of the supply, for the most part and is doling it out as they see fit.
You can do as you see fit. Personally, I wouldn't be that concerned about the cause of my respiratory miseries to subject myself to all that covidfrenzy out there.

I have no idea why people can't wrap their heads around the fact that people that voted for Trump may not get vaccinated.
Hell, he got boo'd at his own rally for telling people to get vaccinated.
There is nothing any politician could say that would convince me to get vaccinated. Absolutely nothing.
I also could care less who gets the vaccine.
