To no surprise he is a Trump supporter and also supports a far Christian Right candidate for Oklahoma U. S. Senator. He is challenging Sen. Lankford, who changed his mind and voted to accept the election results after coming back from the attempted insurrection.

That makes good tactical sense for Dominion's lawyers.

The more guilty verdicts Dominon gets from the little fish will really bolster Dominion's claims when it goes up against the big fish.

Why? Because all those voter fraud claims started at the top of the pile. The claims were only repeated down at the bottom of the pile. And if the bottom of the pile is found guilty, it's easier to show a jury it all began at the top.

These trials will be all about speech. Trump's common-man way of speaking made his speech very easy to copy word for word by all those minor-league Rush Limbaugh wannabes. That's what's going to land him in big trouble in a civil court, where all the rules of evidence are much looser than in a criminal trial.
