During national health emergencies, any public official who spreads disinformation that undermines the response should be charged with a crime and fined, plus face employment termination or expulsion from Congress.
The 1st Amendment gives you freedom of speech but it does not shield you from the consequences of your words.
First of all, prove it's misinformation. It should be easy to come up with records showing all 21,002 vaccine related deaths that have been reported have been thoroughly investigated. I think an explanation of what the scrubbed deaths were to get them scrubbed. Can't be proven non-vaccine related because the ones listed are said to be unproven. So either the ones listed are proven in which case, (under-reporting notwithstanding) we have a serious problem. OR they haven't been investigated and what Marjorie Taylor Greene posted on twitter is true.

Well I guess if they were to jail her for speaking out against the goverment...then you might care ?
Yes I would care but the last time I checked Twitter doesn't have police powers to put anyone in jail.
