Choices are between FDR, Obama, and Biden. Feel free to argue for another president below if you'd like.

Biden is a hardcore, radical, Marxist-Leninist according to some. Just look at the guy, he's got revolutionary written all over him! But, I heard the same thing about a few Democrat presidents before him. So, who exactly was the first Socialist President of the U.S.?

Why omit Woodrow Wilson from this list? Wilson's administration set the groundwork for FDR.

I agree regarding Woodrow Wilson. Also Teddy Roosevelt was technically the first Progressive.

Biden is a dementia patient puppet being puppeteered by the hardcore, radical, Marxist left. Think of him as the ventriloquist's dummy.

I would argue Woodrow Wilson. Of course, we have to look at "level" of socialist, but he is certainly a prime candidate. Some would also argue Teddy Roosevelt, although I don't think I'd be quite in agreement with that all the way.

Wilson was the first to attempt it. FDR was the first to succeed with it. Every Democrat since then has added to it. Every Republican since then has tried to reduce it. Though there have been some cases of Democrats trying to reduce it and Republicans increasing it.

If I were to rank them off the top of my head from most socialist ideologically to least:

1. Biden
2. Obama
3. Johnson
4. FDR
5. Wilson
6. Carter
7. Clinton
8. Truman
9. Kennedy
10. Bush II
11. Ford
12. Nixon
13. Eisenhower
14. Bush I
15. Reagan
16. Trump
17. Hoover
18. Harding
18. Coolidge

None of the above. Richard Nixon opened diplomatic ties with Red China. Trump was National Socialist above all other ideologies.

Nixon also socialized mortgage lending which is really literally the only socialist thing he did. As we incorrectly use terms now, you could also add universal healthcare which was much more radical than Obama's unAffordable Care Act, favored command economy policies like government set pricing for goods and labor as well as production targets (communist economic policy, not socialist). Dunno if he was the first or not.

What does opening diplomatic ties with China has to do with our system? How did Trump ruled as a Nazi? TDS is still strong here.
