One of the thorniest discussions in medical ethics is how to give an appropriate level of autonomy and decision-making for minors who want more control over their own medical care, especially once you’re talking high school age.
Everyone talk to your kids, especially young kids. Whether you are pro or anti vaccine we all agree it should be done with the parents consent. I think it is very possible in the near future where kids will be convinced to follow a trusted adult to get vaccinated without the parents knowing, like a family member or teacher.
There was a situation where a kid got vaccinated in exchange for pizza. I think this was at a school.

It's a job. Sometimes they have unqualified workers. The ones you see may or may not be qualified. They are the tattoo armed ones, who just want to be Mother Teresa and help out the needy. But they're giving out injections at testing sites at the expense of the patients. There is a head person in charge. He's the person taking all the risk though. Not that guy or lady giving out the injections.
