Of course most people move not because of (Leftist) politics but as a result of it. Most people like you don’t even realize the difference.

And I should be like you where every thing is politically motivated, a giant conspiracy theory around ever event, no thanks. People move because of work primarily or retirement, places that are high COL are where the jobs are and people want to be making it there. Not everyone wants a rural lifestyle in a state that receives the bulk of their budget on Federal Aid & subsidies all while saying "look we don't tax the hell out of you"

I have seven friends and/or neighbors who moved to red states during the pandemic because they wanted to be free from mandates. It really isn't because of anything else but a desire to live with the freedoms we thought we were born too.


I'm still in a blue state being civilly disobedient because it's the best I can do.
