I'd definitely follow the "Just Do It" mantra. It's not a strategy that wins people over, it merely galvanizes the base that is already going to vote for you.

It will drive away moderate voters that's what it will do. The base isn't going to come out for voter turnout anymore if you impeach Biden the lazy people who don't want to get off their ass to vote are still going to be lazy if you impeach Biden.
The Democrats still have the presidency until 2024 no matter which puppet is in charge in the oval office. The problem is the Democrat media machine will pull all stops to use it as fuel to go on an all-out Republican bashing rampage. This is why you have to be selective in your tactics you use against progressives in 2022. Pick your battles and only the battles you know will benefit you in the long run.
Impeaching Biden will not benefit republicans. Not unless Kamala Harris is so inept that she totally messes something up in an amazing way in the next year and a half. If they can groom her to be a respectable politician who doesn't cackle and make stupid statements she could actually be a bigger threat than Biden.
This has been inevitable since the last impeachment, and this retaliatory tit for tat game will never end. At least not anytime soon.
