The California man accused of plotting to assassinate Brett M. Kavanaugh spoke of killing two more conservative justices in a bid to alter Supreme Court votes for years, according to an FBI affidavit filed this week in court.
“Im gonna stop roe v wade from being overturned,” the suspect, Nicholas Roske, 26, wrote in an online message to an associate.
“What u tryna do,” the associate asked.
“Remove some people from the supreme court,” Roske allegedly responded, before adding, “I could get a least one, which would change the votes for decades to come, and I am shooting for 3.”
Just imagine the nonstop media hysteria if this guy had been planning to take out 3 liberal justices or 3 Democrats in Congress.

Imagine if he had actually succeeded with his plan and murdered Kavanaugh? Biden would now be picking another Judge that would no doubt be checking many boxes in the Democrat playbook of Schemes and Domination.
That loser is right, all it would take is for one deranged assassin to tip the balance of the Court for decades to come.
If a President is assassinated the VP steps up but these people have been elected not selected like a SC Judge is.
Given what a Judge can do and how they have been turned into operatives for their parties, well it seems that way with the Left leaning judges that seem to always work with the Democrats Vs the "Conservative" judges that work within the Constitution and what is best for the country.... a SC that swings heavily to the Left is a real danger to our Heritage.
You are right OP if some jerk from the Right had targeted the Left leaning Judges or any Democrat in Congress this would be front page news, a new outrage for the hens on "The View" to clatter about and fodder for CNN to spew for months.
