Just curious, how this will be refuted..
Anyhow. Here's a very pleasant scientists, with jovial smile giving lecture at West point. Future top military brass.
You may sit and watch entire piece or, you may just skip over to 28 min and spend another ten minutes.
Mind control.
Brain control.
Remote activation of desired behavior in a body (DREADDS) - min 32.
Clearly stating that, technology is available at 2018 and that is, likely, will be used by governments. Intelligence and covert use. Designer DNA changes to alter human body as needed.

And so on. All this, of course, under the sauce of helping ill people and repairing broken body parts. I have no doubt, Mengele had similar reasons.
This is unbelievable lecture and, what really gets me, is his complete absence of any hesitance on developing such technologies. Roads in hell are paved with good intentions. And so it is.

BTW, the 2nd video has piece from a series, I watched. Alice something, forgot its name. Scary stuff, aye? Show was released right about before "pandemic" started.

So, here you go. West Point. Conspirology at its best. Also, what gets me is that not a single soldier asked him, if this could be used for some inferior purposes.
