Award shows used to be fun. People would gather to watch them. They would have Oscar parties. In the last few years, the ratings have plummeted because people are sick of being talked down to.

Star Wars and Star Trek. Most comic books. Many video games. Our public schools. Some sporting events. Basically anything cultural, in this country they like to ironically say has no culture of its own.
It is a conspiracy to make people miserable and far more willing to "seek" change... and if the marxists happen to provide that.. all the better.
I am fighting it by finding joy in other ways.

- Some self published stuff is great.
- I am into being more and more into being a minimalist (no more providing money to corporations).
- I live in a small town and upon retirement, will also move to a small town in the south.
