If Biden wins this case with SCOTUS, I can see him pushing his "Get vaxed or get fired" policy into every business in the US, private or government, no matter how many employees they have. So if you do not want to risk the vaccine, you will never be able to get a job.
What's his next move after that? Maybe no federal welfare or benefits unless you are vaxed? Who knows, this man is insane with power.
I have not been allowed to have a job since the last temp job I had back in 2009. So, I will never be employed anyway. My big concern is that the people who are fired and rendered unemployed, the same ones that have mocked me for decades because of my medical problems and for being unemployed, will be tearing away the scraps from my grasp I have been grabbing that have allowed for my survival.
I am being slowly taken off life preserving medical care because I asked her why she was demanding I get the vaccine when she had told me multiple times prior to covid that I can never get vaccines anymore because of my chemo and immune system problems. I don't know how much longer I will be alive, but I have been selling my stuff and eliminating things so that my mom won't have as much to deal with after I am gone. I am already in extreme sharp pain from my immune system slowly coming back and attacking my body.

Do you think he will win? My former coach thought that will never get passed in court. I'm on the fence. The fact that they've already started requiring a test when I didn't think they would because we have less than 100 employees makes me think it could go further in a way. However testing sounds semi reasonable considering people at work have gotten COVID. On the other hand why is it only the unvaxxed required to get a test? The convention I went to changed that to require everyone to have a negative test..wonder why the workplace didn't. I mean maybe because they know the vaccinated will pitch a fit and quit if they have to get tested every week whereas a convention is something you go to once in a while.
Then you hear about the people who are remote but are still required to get the vaccine. I don't know if that is Biden's doing or the individual employers but I didn't hear about that until the OSHA mandate.
Can he do that too? If you really thought about it that can probably be justified in the people who think COVID affects only the unvaccinated too but I don't want to say anything in case that gives people ideas you know.
By the way, fewer and fewer people read the LA Times which is why they couldn't afford to stay in their downtown offices, and moved to godforsaken El Segundo. Last time I read the physical paper years ago it was mostly photos and little text. Fits their subscribers.
Now they are referred to by enlightened people as The El Segundo Times.

I will tell you the UK is a total disaster at the moment. Everyone is taking the lateral flow tests and testing positive and calling off work sick. So we are having shortages in shops for basic foods because there aren't enough delivery drivers, shelf stackers, etc.

That's why it's delicious when liberals get Covid and sputter, "But but but I'm triple vaxxed! I always wear my mask! It's impossible!"
That's when I shout, "Suckers!"
If they are triple backed, they have tried their best to avoid it. Those who have the vaccine available to them for free and make the choice to not try and protect themselves are a different lot. I won’t mock them, but I certainly don’t have any sympathy for them. I consider if to be premeditated suicide.
Those who die from covid after being loudly vocal and try to persuade other people not to get the vaccine are the ones I reserve my scorn to excoriate. Fools deserve all the mockery that can be heaped on them.

I am on Medicaid. Not many specialists for my problem takes Medicaid. The other one already was letting me die before I got my current one. I was just bought a little more time is all. It has cost over half a million a year to keep me alive.
