Would not be surprising since when the FBI is not legally allowed to do certain things they contract others to do it for them (which in itself should be illegal).
When Biden does not have the authority by Law to mandate vaccines to the public he gets someone else to do it for him.
When Fauci is prevented, by Law, to not fund gain of function research he found a way to fund it anyway.
When Obama wants to gain advantage over political opponents he weaponizes the IRS to do it for him.

The classified documents show how EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018, seeking funding to conduct gain of function research of bat borne coronaviruses.
The proposal, named Project Defuse, was rejected by DARPA over safety concerns and the notion that it violated the gain of function research moratorium. However, according to the documents, NIAID, under the direction of Dr. Fauci, went ahead with the research in Wuhan, China and at several sites across the U.S.
The document looks legit. But it says covid was released from Wuhan lab according to the lab leak hypothesis. It doesn't conclude the hypothesis is correct. I believe this document was written in response to Biden's call last year for investigation of covid's origin. No conclusion came out of that investigation. Quite a let down. The NIH funding of Wuhan lab has always been known.
We have been lied to on an epic scale. People died due to the GOF research and due to the suppression of effective treatments. When are people going to stop believing the liars?

Regarding the two bolded statements, apparently I'm not understanding - if the documents state covid was release from Wuhan according to the lab leak hypothesis then isn't that concluding the hypothesis is correct?
