Not once has a random murderer said they did it because the police are now weakened. Many have pled guilty and confessed but not a single one has given that reason.

These kinds of crimes seem to be a daily occurrence in New York now. Disguising. This is what happens when you pander to the criminal element. The criminals become more brazen, and more innocent people die as a result. Shame what a dump NYC has become.

Ridiculous in the sense that a murderous criminal wouldn't think of saying that. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that when a city advertises they are slashing their police force and redirecting monetary resources to other avenues that criminals start licking their chops.
