Seems like the military in the US are running training exercises involving fights against "freedom fighters". They obviously are expecting major unrest in the near future.
The Feds are parading fake "right wing" groups like "The Patriot Front" as a justification for attacking US citizens.
The dems forget that MOST of those in the military are from "fly over" areas and hate the liberals. The democrats will have to identify soldiers that are communist ideologues if they want them to attack US citizens, as most of those in the military would turn their guns on the dems instead of their own friends and families.
The dems control the ranks above captain, but forgot that the actual soldiers despise them.

About the only way they could possibly do it would be to go on house to house searches where they would be met with overwhelming and fierce resistance. Not too mention all of the remote areas that hardly anyone knows even exist. Indeed there are tens of thousands of people who live in these places throughout the United States. The armed civilian population are scattered all over the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. It would be impossible for the military to declare and enforce Martial Law throughout the entire United States.
The armed civilian population at around 100 million or so would vastly outnumber government forces. According to Wikipedia, there are 1,477,896 active and 1,458,500 reserve personal in the US Armed Forces. This includes Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. I'd be willing to bet that at least 75% of those who serve in the military are strong supporters of the 2nd Amendment and Constitutional law same for state and local law enforcement personnel. My guess is that the majority of service members would disobey orders, and in all probability would use their weapons against those that ordered them to do so. It wouldn't surprise me if they joined forces with the civilian population that takes up arms in the fight against a tyrannical form of government. The first to go would be the politicians that gave the orders.

This has been the US Army Special Forces first mission since 1952 when the US Army was trying to keep the capability that the Office of Strategic Services groups performed in WWII Europe and Asia.

Power is decided by who is strong enough to take it and maintain it. Nothing more, nothing less. Their claim on this nation is as strong as their ability to defend it. I wish them luck!

In the history of civilizations there have been armies that have turned on their leaders. Anything goes when it comes to the struggle of our species. Let common sense and the laws of nature prevail.
