My first thought also. In nursing homes they keep the dementia patients contained so they don't get out and get lost. Unfortunately, I think it's too late for Joey. He's been lost for a long time...bless his heart.

If I remember correctly, it was put up in response to mobs organizing, demonstrating and threatening to storm the White House. As in, mobs were demonstrating right outside the White house, and the threat was great enough to rush the president to the basement for a moment. These types of mobs were actively burning, looting and destroying all across the country in far left cities like Portland.
A new perimeter was decided upon in the summer of 2016 following the 2014 White House intrusion, when a man was able to climb over the north fence and make it to the front door with a knife before being stopped by an off-duty security officer.
This administration knows it is governing against the will of the people and the natural paranoia and transference inherent in the democrat party is driving their decisions.
Why didn’t these jackwagons go do this at the southern border instead?
