A Rich guy is a womanizing drug addicted mess who also likes teenage girls. Pretty much describes all of them he just got caught because he was so cocky about it he literally wanted everybody to know about his escapades. Take your average male give him 50 million dollars and see what happens. You'd get to see this species in all its Glory.
It's also not at all surprising he was able to pull so many women with a personality like this.
