It's not up to me. It's up to whether institutions continue to issue directives to run a PCR test on every single person who dies in a hospital. If they continue to do that, the death total will continue to be high. If they don't, the pandemic will be over.

The vast majority of the current deaths also have underlying health conditions. That's also a fact.

Characteristics of vaccine-hesitant individuals also included racial minority status, age older than 65 years, households with children younger than 18 years, and unemployment. Being a high school drop out is just one characteristic. That's also a fact.

This cherry picking of facts about the virus needs to stop. And no, I'm not OK with another 600,000 or so dying. Which is why TRUTH and FACTS matter. Not fear mongering, mandates, government control, and threats.

And since this administration, who vowed to "end the virus" has seen MORE deaths, in spite of the vaccine being available, Americans need to accept that Biden and company is the problem. A good portion of those deaths could have been avoided if their hatred of Trump had allowed them to see that therapeutics would be beneficial. If the Trump haters hadn't sent covid positive patients to places that spread the virus and killed the elderly. If they hadn't screwed up on the tests (remember when Biden said that Trump was unfit to lead, because tests weren't readily available?), and folks wouldn't have to wait weeks for results.

Court decisions like everything else in public policy making all depends on who has the most control of it or shouts the loudest. It appears the balance of power changed in 2021 as compared to 2020 when they upheld most restrictions.

SCOTUS made a mistake.

Americans are not property of the government.

What in SCOTUS' decisions on Friday brought you to the conclusion that SCOTUS thought Americans were property of the government?

Our rights don't come from the government. Our rights are inalienable.

Medical Freedom is a human right. Our government gets it's power from THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED

The government has no ownership of us, and and therefore has no right to vaccinate us against our will.

This. In fact, we own the government, not the other way around. Government by consent of the governed means that said government can be dissolved when consent is withdrawn. It's something that was insinuated in the Declaration of Independence.

Joe Biden cannot handle the heat. You're looking at large companies laying off lots of workers. They'll have to pay out unemployment checks or stimulus checks to millions of American workers that will put the democrats in the red ink if they force employees to take a vaccine. The money is coming from millionaires that own shopping malls and other business around town, they are the ones forcing Joe Biden and his administration into the corner and giving up on this mandate rule. The richer people, millionaires will not allow this to happen. They won't be paying unemployed workers unemployment checks because Joe Biden says so. That is what is really happening. I am glad to see that many Americans will not be losing their jobs for this mandate.

I don't disagree, I'm asking what in the SCOTUS decision made you think SCOTUS thought individuals were the property of government?
