As I understand it, SCOTUS temporarily blocked the vaccine or test mandate required of so called large employers. It also upheld the vaccine mandate for health providers who receive federal $.

As it relates to the employer mandate, most hospital systems mandated vaccine before Biden took action and those mandates have withstood lower court challenges.
Shot down rent relief under the CDC.
