Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury on charges of perjury and filing false mortgage applications.
The top prosecutor, who is accused of falsely claiming financial hardship due to the coronavirus pandemic, faces two counts of perjury, two counts of making a false statement, and two counts of making false mortgage applications related to the purchases of two vacation homes in Florida, the Justice Department said.

Marilyn Mosby is a Soros-funded racist who is almost single-handedly responsible for Baltimore turning into an even bigger crime-ridden cesspool in the aftermath of the Freddy Gray riots.
I hope they lock her up and throw away the key. Her husband Nick Mosby, who is on the City Council, needs to be indicted too. There's no way he wasn't involved.
Mosby sold her eight bedroom, 4,000-square-foot rental property in Kissimmee on Nov. 2, according to the Osceola County Florida Clerk of Courts. The sales prices was $696,000, according to MLS data, nearly 30% more than the $545,000 she paid for it in September 2020.
Mosby’s attorney, A. Scott Bolden released a statement saying that news of the sale amounted to a “so what?”
“She bought it, and now has sold it, like millions of Americans do every day. Period,” Bolden said in a statement. “If there is any news, it is the fact that Ms. Mosby, since prosecuting the police officers in the Freddie Gray matter, she has incurred substantial fees and costs in fighting frivolous lawsuits, investigations and complaints against her.
“Nevertheless, her personal fight for justice will continue, and this sale allows her to continue that fight.”
The arrogance of these people is amazing in how they defend their actions.
I hope the feds seize her Florida vacations homes. She should be sentenced (upon conviction of course) to live in the criminal cesspool she helped create.

“If found guilty, Mosby could be sentenced up to 30 years in federal prison, a $1,000,000 fine, or both, for making false statements on loan applications, according to the DOJ. Mosby could also face up to five years in prison for each perjury charge.”
