I just don’t think she’s that good of a politician. Her personality seems to lend more to the media/podcasting space.
You say Tulsi butted heads with "everyone" who is everyone? She went after Hillary Clinton, Biden and Kamala, the brass of her party. If you think that is "everyone" in the party, I understand why you turn a blind eye to your party.
Sometimes the cobwebs need to be dusted and heads need to be "butted." Reagan was more genial about it than Trump but the fact is that the GOP needed to have dead-weight removed. Unfortunately Reagan compromised in that regard by accepting Bush I on his ticket, or maybe that was forced by the party. That I don't remember. But Bush I as President undid some of the gains of the Reagan Presidency.

In the Democratic Party Gabbard assumes the mantle of the Democratic Leadership Council, see, e.g. The end of the DLC era. If the Democratic Party adopts the approach of AOC, or worse Ilan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, they will suffer serious losses at the polls.

Well, she's not wrong. But Biden is doing exactly what I thought he'd do, and mostly what he said he'd do.

The liklihood of the Democratic party adopting the approach of AOC/Ilhan Omar is about as likely as the Republican party adopting the approach of Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor-Greene. There will always be fringe in each party. In my opinion we pay far too much attention to it.

To be fair, the right has gone that way and continue to excuse the behaviors of Gaetz, Gosar, Jordan and Taylor-Greene, while saying "Look over there" in regards to AOC and Omar.

Nah, just innocent until proven guilty. Contrary to what many Dems believe, assumptions, allegations, speculation, feelings, etc…, don’t equal proof

I think Tulsi Gabbard is a good representative. Though she has a military background, I think she is trying to do the right things and make a difference in government. I think she would do good to represent a lot of Americans. She is not for books, but I would say that people oriented skills is in more her line of expertise. Most people see this already. And will give her a vote for it.

Absolutely, she is like the Blue Dog Dems when they were allowed to think for themselves,, without Leftist and Wokesters demanding that Democrats adhere to a Leftist agenda.
