That doesn’t sound like something a typical homeless person would be shopping for - it doesn’t make sense.
Has to be a hate crime, no further evidence ever need to apply that label.
As for mental illness, how do you classify someone like a gang member who burns people alive in a barrel of gasoline, or the guy who shot the young girl at the fast food place a few days ago? He returned after the robbery to shoot that girl. Are these killers playing with a full deck? Stab a young girl to death?????? the guy dressed and fed himself, was ambulatory and made a decision. 20 ton weight from a height of 20'.
Some other guy just pushed a woman in front of a subway train, another just stabbed an ER nurse to death.... The FBI tried to essentially label the hostage standoff in the texas synagogue as NOT Terrorist related!!!!
And angry parents at school board meetings are held up as domestic terrorists, an existential threat to the existence of democracy!
Wonder where the problem lies?????? Politicians and the media traced back to voters who put them in office.
This won't stop until Republicans are elected in California. Why should the Democrats do something? They know they will be reelected, no matter what. If they really cared, they would have already done something...
Unfortunately Californians have to learn the hard way. These homeless people cannot be helped. They are terrorizing the public and innocent people are getting hurt. 2nd death by a homeless person in 2 days.
